So. The US leak has caused the MOD to bring Prince Harry home. Well done.
Prince Harry and his team were doing their job. The UK press worked with the MOD and the Palace to make sure that it was kept as 
quiet as it has been for over 10weeks so that not only HRH was as safe as possible, but the blokes working with him too. Now - because some website wanted to make a name for itself, Harry has to get on a jet and come home.
It absolutely does NOT matter what we think of the Royal family. It absolutely DOES matter that the elements in Afghanistan who would see it as a major coup to kill a Royal Prince do not have the opportunity to do so, and by bringing Prince Harry home we will protect the interests of other Mothers, Fathers, girlfriends and Wives who would have to grieve if some suicide bomber took out the rest of the squad whilst trying to ‘get’ HRH.
It is a sad day for the online world. A website has very nearly killed a Prince.
Way to go. We are all super impressed.

Seems like with the reporters, the whole thing was a giant game of chicken. They always want to be the one to scoop a story and have little regard for who it might hurt in the long run. I am shocked the secret held as long as it did.
Harry, it would seem, is a fine young man and to be commended for taking his military service so seriously.
My fellow American, sitting safely behind his keyboard, on the other hand, should perhaps spend a few days as a human shield if he thinks being first with the story was so much more important than the safety of HRH and his troops.
Well, thankfully this particular game of chicken had no losers - but I am fairly certain HRH will want to get back as soon as possible.
