Lewis Hamilton only managed to squeeze in behind his team mate to place 4th on the Malaysian grid yesterday. Whilst Hamilton showed his usual stoic sense of loyalty, it is clear that the team have not got his car sorted properly.

Yesterday I predicted that Lewis Hamilton had what it takes to become a Multi-Champion to better the Schumacher legacy. At 3PM this afternoon, the UK will watch Lewis race to victory beating a flagging Ferrari team, his team mate, and the BMW of Nick Heidfeld.

Chief Constable Mike Todd was a ‘Coppers’ Copper’ according to his colleagues. He was well respected, at the top of his game, and had a reputation for making the difficult arrest and the difficult statements in public.

The floods and severe weather that was forecast for yesterday evening has not arrived. Yes the sea in coastal areas has been higher than usual on the west coast. Yes some areas in Cornwall and North Wales have seen the sea on the promenade today.
