The Japanese are currently investigating incidents of the 2GB iPod Nano emitting sparks and setting fire to things!
It appears that when the 2GB iPod Nano (from Apple) is recharged a fault is causing it to emit sparks and cause the fire risk.
Japanese shops have sold in excess of 400 000 of these units and authorities [...]

Lord Goldsmith (ex Attorney General) appears to be trying to make sure that he stays in with HRH by calling for all kids to have to pledge allegiance to the Queen prior to leaving school, and that there should be a National Holiday along the lines of Australia day.
