Two strikes and you are off licence

Seems like the government have had enough now. New rules will mean that any licenced premise that is caught selling alcohol to underage people more than once will have their licence removed.
 
I am quite certain that there housing estates in the UK who will be thoroughly delighted when/if this legislation comes in.
