Wheel clampers - chef decides not to cut them any slack

A chef in Glasgow has decided that wheel clampers who then towed his car shouldn’t be able to keep hold of it. When they originally towed it he told them to “Put that f*****g car down” and proceeded to climb into his car on the back of the tow truck [...]
